Employer data policy
When PulseKey™ is deployed through an employer or organization, no individual employee check-in content is ever shared with the employer. Employers and HR administrators see only aggregated, de-identified group-level trend data. Individual mental health information is never used in employment decisions, performance reviews, or disciplinary processes. No individual employee data is shared with employers - ever.
Data and privacy
